Training Audio/Video Troubleshooting

If you are encountering issues with training, the following suggestions may improve video & audio performance on your computer:

1. Access the training using an up-to-date version of the Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox browsers
2. Update Adobe Flash Player, which is used to play audio and video components
3. Use a wired internet connection if possible or maintain a strong and stable signal if wireless must be used
4. Conserve computer resources by closing applications that display animated graphics or access the internet
