Navigate to the Document

- Select Resources from the Platform Navigation bar
- Select Risk Management Library
- Select the My Content title
- Find the document file to assign
- Depending on your organizational structure of My Content you may have to select folders to access the specific document
- Click on the document icon
to open the Assign Document window - Assign document by: Site or Employee
Assign by Site
- Enter the due date in the Due Date field or select the Calendar icon to populate date
- Select the site from the drop down
- If it is a recurring document click the Recurs Every box and enter the recurring information
- Click the Assign button to assign the document to the site
Assign by Employee
- Enter the due date in the Due Date field or select the Calendar icon to populate date
- Assign the employee from the Unselected Employee column to the Selected Employee column by clicking on the plus sign next to the employee’s name
- If it is a recurring document, select the Recurs Every box and enter the recurring information
- Click on the Assign button to assign the document to the employee

- If the employee(s) has a Work Email address in the platform, an email regarding the assigned document will be sent immediately
You can Manage Assigned Documents through the Training Track application.
