Create a Modified Duty Job Description

Launch Video

1. Select Applications from the menu bar
2. Select Job Description Track
3. Find the job description you would like to modify
4. Click the Clone icon next to the name of the job description
5. Click Yes to confirm that you would like to make a clone of the selected job description
6. Enter in a different name for the modified duty job description in the Job Description Name field
7. Click Save
8. Make the necessary modifications in the Duties, Qualifications, Physical Demands, and Conditions sections
   • The information entered in these sections automatically saves
9. If you would like to download a report of the modified duty job description, click Download
